Britpave

Britpave, the British Cementitious Paving Association, is an independent body established to develop and forward concrete and cementitious solutions for infrastructure.

It is active in the development of solutions and best practice for roads, rail, airfields, guided bus, drainage channels, soil stabilisation and recycling. As such, the Association is the focal point for the infrastructure industry.

The broad membership of Britpave encourages the exchange of pan-industry expertise and experience. Members include contractors, consulting engineers and designers, specialist equipment and material suppliers, academics and clients – both in the UK and internationally.

The Association works closely with national and European standards and regulatory bodies, clients and associated industry organisations. It provides a single industry voice that facilitates representation to government, develops best practice and technical guidance and champions concrete solutions that are cost efficient, sustainable, low maintenance and long-lasting.

Membership benefits

Britpave offers a range of membership categories. For membership enquiries and application forms contact the Britpave office using the form below.

Corporate

Corporate membership allows full participation in the development of Britpave, attendance of and contribution to industry forums and working groups, AGM voting rights, receipt of all outputs including a members’ only monthly bulletin, reduced membership delegate fees for Britpave events. Membership is annual.

  • 1-5 employees: £1,000 plus VAT per annum
  • 6-100 employees: £2,500 plus VAT per annum
  • 100 plus employees: £3,000 plus VAT per annum

All employees of a member company have the above membership services and rights.

Affiliate

Open to trade associations who represent a number of sector-specific companies. Allows attendance of and contribution to industry foorums working groups, receipt of all Britpave outputs, reduced membership delegate fees for Britpave events, no AGM voting rights.

  • Affiliate annual membership: £4000 plus VAT

All members of the affiliated trade associations have the above membership services.

Academic/overseas

Available to educational bodies and international companies and organisations. Allows attendance of and contribution to industry forms working groups, receipt of all Britpave outputs, reduced membership delegate fees for Britpave events, no AGM voting rights. Membership is annual:

  • Academic annual membership: £500 plus VAT

All teaching staff and students have the above membership services.

Student/Apprentice

Britpave student membership is open to full and part-time undergraduate and postgraduate students as well as apprentices aged 16 and over. Allows attendance of and contribution to industry forms working groups, receipt of all Britpave outputs, reduced membership delegate fees for Britpave events, mentoring access to industry experience and expertise, no AGM voting rights

  • Annual student membership: £50 – no VAT
  • 3 year membership: £100 – no VAT
